Refund policy

Cancellations Made by the Customer

• Less than 72 hours before rental start date: No refund will be issued.
• More than 72 hours before rental start date: Refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Us

• In the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, safety issues), customers will be offered:
  • A replacement vehicle of equal or greater value (if available), or
  • A full refund of all payments made

Security Deposits

• Security deposits are refundable at the end of the rental period, provided the vehicle is returned on time, in the same condition
• Refunds of deposits may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method

• All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment processors.
